DWI Advice Part 1

We often get questions about what you should do when stopped by law enforcement. This week in 3 parts, we will be tackling if you are stopped on suspension on Driving While Intoxicated.

1. You do not have to answer questions especially about, if you have been drinking, what you have been drinking, how much you have had to drink ext. There questions are designed to assist the prosecutor in getting a conviction. You can simply say “I respectfully choose to not answer my question”

Remember, if you are being asked the above, you are already going to be arrested. The officer is trying to build the case against you, SO DON’T HELP THEM.
