Part 2 of our DWI ( Driving While Intoxicated ) advice is as follows:
You do not have to perform any field tests, such as leg lifts, count, or walk the line. Again they are designed to establish intoxication level. You can simply say “I respectfully choose to not perform the test”
Remember, how you are graded preforming these tasks are fully at the discretion of the officer. So even if you belive that you completely the tasks perfectly it will be your word against the officer’s. So again, DON’T help them build a case against you.
